Jud founded Vine & Branch as a tree
service in 1976.
Over the last 30 years the company
Vine & Branch has expanded to its present position
as a leader in the industry.
Vine & Branch has been
recognized with six national awards for its tree
preservation and maintenance projects and six
national awards for its safety program and
initiatives.
Jud has knowledge of Arboricultural operations from
the ground up. Since founding the company, he has
served in every position, from general labor to
corporate president. With over thirty years of
service and professional expertise, he has a solid
understanding of what the customer wants and
expects.
He also understands what it takes to get
the job done. As an RCA, Jud advises attorneys, golf
course superintendents, parks departments, municipal
planners, developers, architects, engineers,
builders and insurance companies as well as
homeowners concerning their trees and landscapes.

Andy is Vice President and COO of Vine & Branch, Inc. and has
been with the company since 1998. He has been a part of
the industry full-time since 1991. Andy resides with his
wife and two sons near Lapel, Indiana in Madison County.

Timothy Pell - Operations Manager
Tim
has been Operations Manager of Vine & Branch,
Inc. for 4 of his 9 years with the company. He
is currently studying for his degree in
Finance through I.U.P.U.I. Tim
is responsible for all production aspects of
Vine and Branch, Inc.
Tim is the youngest of five kids and works with
his two older brothers at Vine & Branch, Inc. He
was recently married to the love of his life,

Dave has been married for 32 years to his
lovely wife, Jeannie. They have a darling daughter,
Allison, who is also married. Dave's hobbies include
reading and relaxing. He's been a Church Youth Group
veteran for 23 years, and is a mentor and volunteer at the
Indianapolis Juvenile Correctional Facility.

Jill Smith - Indiana Accredited Horticulturalist
Jill has worked in the horticulture industry for over 17 years.
Her various job duties have included turf care and annual flower
design and installation but she has spent most of that time
specializing in landscape maintenance services.
Jill began employment with Vine & Branch in 2003. She is
currently responsible for managing the landscape maintenance
services provided by Vine & Branch, Inc.
She enjoys working with homeowners and personalizing the look of
their landscape to fit their style and the overall design of
their property. Her favorite job skill is pruning woody
ornamentals, especially Japanese Maples.
Many people underestimate the importance of maintaining a plant
in its natural form. Nature always seems to find a way to create
the most beautiful and unique landscapes, the art is finding the
balance between that and meeting the needs of the property
owners.

Patrick Grecu - Indiana Accredited
Horticulturalist and Certified Arborist

Patrick is a native of Iowa but raised in
Kokomo, Indiana. He attended Purdue University and
received a bachelor's degree in Landscape Horticulture and
Design.
His hobbies include cycling, reading, fly fishing, enjoying
nature and noodling on the guitar. A good comedy movie is a
must, and often finds himself being the target of unprovoked
attacks of their aptly named cat, Spooky. He also enjoys
traveling and spending time with his wife Natalie.

Michael Pell - Arboricultural Manager
Michael has over 15 years of experience in the green
industry and 10 of those in arboricultural services at
Vine & Branch. Currently he is the Arboricultural Sales
Manager.
He resides in Hamilton County and is an avid sports fan
and when he is not playing sports he is watching it,
everything from football, hockey and basketball, to
baseball, golf and NASCAR.
In his down time he likes to
hunt, fish, camp and spend time out on the lake, hanging
out with his friends and large family. |

Katie Hertel - Plant Health Care
Manager
Katie grew up in Indianapolis where she graduated
from Warren Central High School in 1999. She attended
Purdue University where she majored in Public Horticulture.
She was involved with the Horticulture Club where she was the
Historian for a year. Katie also was a member of Sigma
Alpha, a professional agriculture sorority. In her
sorority she was the Philanthropy and Publicity Chair.
While at school she had the opportunity to have
some fun horticulture internships at the Indianapolis Zoo,
Indianapolis Museum of Art as well as the Dallas Arboretum.
After college she moved to Los Angeles and worked in the
landscape industry for three years. She is excited to be
back in Indy where she can be close to her family.

Beth Brissing - Office Manager
Beth joined
Vine & Branch, Inc. in 2006, bringing with her over 20 years
experience as an office manager in various fields.
She was born
in Akron,
Ohio where she spent most of her life
until she married her husband, and then spent time moving around
the country.
She is a
graduate of Akron
University with a degree in Data
Processing and Accounting. Beth enjoys traveling, being outdoors, needle pointing, gardening, and cooking. She especially
enjoys spending time with her husband, five children and 10
grandchildren. |

Nicole Robertson - Administrative Assistant
Nicole is our Administrative
Assistant, the first person you speak to when you call,
and a smiling face when you come in to the office. She
has been a part of the Vine & Branch family since March
of 2006 and finds Vine & Branch to be a close knit,
family friendly, company.
Nicole enjoys spending her leisure time with her
daughter and her brother's extended family. The rest of
Nicole's family resides throughout New England and
visits them every year.
